Glad you found the tutorials useful!

About Style Switcher Reloaded not working with child themes: Did you by any chance select the “short name (faster loading)” option in the widget? — That’s the only case where the switcher does not work for me with child themes.

(I just edited the tutorial to highlight the note that this option does not work with child themes.)
